Because we work with international suppliers, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during high-demand periods.

We ship directly from our international warehouse partners in China.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 12–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–7 days for tracking information to update, as international tracking can take time to activate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Because we ship internationally:

Multiple Shipments

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
